Rent Collection

The complete service includes (all the above) plus:

  • Setting up standing order mandate for future rent
  • Paying the rent into the Landlord’s bank account via BACS
  • Chasing any rent arrears or rent charges
  • Providing rent statements on monthly basis
  • Serving Section 21 Notice for possession (if instructed)
  • Our Rent Collection Fee is 7% + VAT

Full Management

The complete service includes (all the above) plus:

  • A complimentary professionally prepared detailed inventory of the property
  • Transfer of utility accounts, electric, gas, council tax and water.
  • Paying the rent into the Landlord’s bank account via BACS
  • Providing rent statements on monthly basis
  • Arranging repairs and emergency work, provided landlord agrees with the quote
  • Quarterly property inspections
  • Dealing with day to day tenant problems that may arise.
  • Serving Section 21 Notice for possession at the right time
  • Closing inspection and check out at end of tenancy.
  • Organising return of deposit subject to the property being returned in a satisfactory condition.
  • Readvertise the property to find suitable new tenants prior to expiry of the existing tenancy.
